Whether you are looking for losing weight or building muscles, our nutritionist designs a tailored meal plan, based on your targeted calories and Macros. Meal plan change every day to enjoy our wide variety of food. All you need to do is to select your program


Our Chef will cook and bake your food every morning, using the finest ingredients.

Every day, you will receive a bag that contains 3 delicious meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) along with 2 mouth-watering snacks. The bag will be dropped at your doorstep from 5.00 am to 9.00 am as per your time preference.

Our Programs

Weight loss: A delicious way to lose weight.

This meal plan is designed by Avocado’s nutritionist and culinary experts to offer healthy and delicious meals that speed up your metabolism and burn fats. We map out five full days of meals and snacks with total calories and Macros listed next to each meal so you can easily swap things in and out as you see fit.

Weight loss 1,200 – 1,500 Calories.

Bulk up: Go Bulk or go Home.

If you’re going to bulk up, you’ll need a goal-specific meal plan to get results. Avocado creates efficient meal plans to help you reach your physique goal, along with guidelines to help you track the calories, carbs, protein, and fat you should be shooting for each day.

Bulk up 1,800 – 2,500 Calories.
